Gene G. Finley, M.D.Gene G. Finley, M.D., is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he also completed his internship and residency in medicine and participated in the Physician Investigator Training Program in Molecular Bio/Oncology. After completing a medical oncology fellowship at the Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, Dr. Finley began to practice medical oncology at Pittsburgh teaching hospitals and community hospitals in western Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in internal medicine and in clinical oncology.Dr. Finley has conducted grant-funded research on oncogenes and various other topics in cancer and has numerous medical scientific publications to his credit. He has served as an instructor for physicians in training and on cancer advisory boards.
